Pet Policy

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome here! -Dogs and cats are allowed -Maximum of 2 pets per apartment -There is extra pet-rent of $25/month for each animal. Additional policies for Dogs: -There is no weight limit for dogs -You must purchase liability insurance that includes coverage for your dog, with a limit of at least $100,000 per occurrence. -All dogs must have a dog license from the Town of Amherst. Details here: http://www.amherstma.gov/398/Dog-Licenses At our building, dogs are a privilege, not a right. If your dog is asked to leave, your lease will remain in full force. We can ask you to remove the dog at any time, for example if the dog attacks or bites someone, barking that bothers neighbors, waste not being picked up, or damage to the building.
